The Annual Public Sector Resource Mobilisation Workshop
Every year, KAFP brings together public sector leaders, government officials, and development professionals for East Africa's most focused conversation on public sector resource mobilisation. The 2026 workshop runs from 1st to 5th June at Lake Naivasha Resort, five intensive days designed to close the gap between strategy and actual implementation.
Because most institutions already have a resource mobilisation strategy on paper. The challenge is turning it into funded, bankable programmes that deliver. This is not a seminar. You will leave with a draft RM strategy tailored to your institution, practical proposal development skills, and a network of peers doing the same work across the region.

Directors, Deputy Directors, and Managers in State Corporations, Government Agencies, Ministries, Universities, County Governments, and donor-funded institutions responsible for resource mobilisation.
